I called this the Healing Shawl because I’ve been through some major health challenges in the past two years and this pattern reminds me of the healing journey. The saying goes that healing is not a straight line but, like this shawl, its actually got twists and turns (the cables) , ups and downs (the chevrons). I couldn’t get that quote out of my head while knitting this.

This is a triangle shawl that includes both written and charted instructions. Its got a cable running up one side and an overall chevron pattern throughout the rest of the shawl. You can make this as small or large as you like. One skein will make a nice neck wrap, and two skeins will make a nice size wrap.
