This little heart shaped box is perfect for giving a Valentine’s Day or anniversary gift, or just for holding special keepsakes.

Specific gauge is unimportant. The overall size of the box will vary depending on hook and gauge. My finished size (closed) was 3 1/4 inch wide by 1 1/4 inch tall.
The bottom of the box is worked in one size smaller hook than the top. The stitches need to be tight in order for the box to hold its shape.
