MY ALTERNATIVE YARN SUGGESTION
I love the colourful look of the pink marl with this hat design however if you wanted a traditional hat I suggest trying WYS Bluefaced Leicester Aran.

MY DESIGN IDEAS AND ADVICE
I’ve named the cable on this hat heart because to me the cables look like intertwining upside down hearts. They are pouring all their love on to the hat wearer. I have a few cable designs that I prefer and this is one of them. I love the way the stitches seem to travel across the knitting and then join together like they are coming together for a kiss!
