Crochet these ‘Heart Coasters’ using this crochet pattern in PDF format. These heart coasters are nice to use yourself or to give it as a present to somebody you love or to use on a special occasion (weddingday) or to give on a special day (Valentine’s Day). This pattern contains explained written instructions in English and uses US crochet terminology. The crochet pattern is also in Dutch available.

MATERIALS
Used yarn: Lurex glitter yarn from Lammy Yarns or other comparable Lurex yarn
The coaster is made with 3 threads of approx. 15,5 m (approx. 17 yard) per thread of the Lurex yarn.
Or you can use Eco Cotton from Lammy Yarns or other comparable Cotton 5 yarn. The coaster is made with just 1 thread of approx. 15,5 m (approx. 17 yard) of this Eco Cotton yarn. (this coaster will be less firm)
Or you can use Rio Uni cotton yarn from Lammy Yarns or other comparable cotton yarn. The coaster is made with 2 threads of approx. 15,5 m (approx. 17 yard) per thread of this cotton yarn.
Size 3.5 mm (US: B/1 or C/2, UK: 12) crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge.

MEASUREMENTS
The size is approx. 10x10 cm (=4x4 inch).

GAUGE:
16 sc and 18 rows = 10x10 cm (=4x4 inch) with the Lurex Glitter yarn and 3 threads.
16 sc and 18 rows = 10x10 cm (=4x4 inch) with the Eco Cotton yarn and 1 thread.
16 sc and 16 rows = 10x10 cm (=4x4 inch) with the Rio Uni cotton yarn and 2 threads.
