This pattern is written up with worsted weight yarn. I suggest I Love This Yarn, Brava, Lion Brand Heartland, Wool of the Andes, Swish. I do not suggest Red Heart or Red Heart With Love because it is a thicker worsted and will work up larger, it also looks very large at the bottom and very small at the top.

Intermediate Level. Experience in reading a graph, the waistcoat stitch, backwards join, carrying yarn, and color changing is highly recommended for making this pattern.
