The Celtic heart knot is perfect for a crochet wall hanging, Valentine table runner, or repeating for a Celtic knot blanket. You can also make one repeat and attach it to a painted canvas with fabric glue as I did here for my daughter’s room.

One pattern repeat using a 1.25 mm hook and size 10 crochet thread (aka bedspread weight thread) is 6” tall x 6 1/2” wide.
