The heart necklace pictured measures about 16″ 40.5 cm long. Each heart measures about 1″ 2.5 cm wide x 1″ 2.5 cm high. However, you can easily adjust the size by adding or subtracting hearts or chains at the beginning and end of the heart sequence.

You can even leave off the necklace closure and make a heart trim to adorn whatever you like.
