Enjoy this awesome heart-shaped mat! Knitted in t-shirt yarn, it’s highly resistant and versatile, great for any room in your home. You can even use it in the bathroom as a step-out shower mat. The pattern only uses gather stitch, so may be a nice project for beginners.

Use t-shirt yarn in red -or any other color you like- and US 15 needles to make sure that you follow my pattern. The needles must be circular just to make sure that they are long enough for the pattern (16 in x 24 in). But it’s not circular knitting, you’ll use them just as if they were straight needles. You’ll need approximately 30 oz of yarn.
