I love Valentines Day so of course I had to come up with this new design. It really is fun to make, especially watching the hearts take shape as you progress in this project!!! It really is not that hard at all.

I realized after designing this how beautiful it would make as a vase for fresh flowers simply by using the tissue box with the bottom cut out ~ put a small vase underneath and add fresh flowers!!! What a special gift for someone you love!!!

Experiment with different color combinations!!

This is made all in one piece ~ no sewing anything together and only 4 ends to tuck in upon completion.

It fits perfectly over a standard boutique style tissue box measuring 4 1/2” in width and 5” in height. The color you carry along does NOT show through.

It is in US crochet terms and I would say it is at intermediate level and/or confident beginner.

You must have knowledge of the “puff stitch”. You also must be familiar with carrying a yarn as you go.
