This pattern is one of my March for Science designs. It features a heartbeat EKG pattern. A beanie is pictured, but I’ve also included instructions to adapt this into a headband.

MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. I knit very loosely, so if you are a tighter knitter, you may have to go up several needle sizes to obtain the gauge.
