Apologies
A small section has been omitted (my fault) and is necessary to increase from 9 to 21 sts.

The easiest way to resolve this is to cast on 21sts and start with
Row 1 (RS): K2, yo, k5, yo, k, yo, k5, yo, k, yo, k5, yo, k2.
and continue as printed.

Alternatively insert these 4 rows after the tab cast on

Row 1 (RS): K2, yo, k 5 times, yo, k2. 15sts
Row 2 (WS): K2, p to last 2 sts, k2.
Row 3 (RS): K2, yo, k3, yo, k1 twice, yo, k3, yo, k2. 21 sts
Row 4 (WS): K2, p to last 2 sts, k2.

Then continue as the printed pattern headed:
Rows 1-4 set the pattern of the shawl. Six incs are worked on the first and every other RS row i.e. in rows 1, 5, 9 etc.
(Please restart the row count from here (as printed) otherwise the rows in the rest of the pattern will have to change.)
