An adorable and cozy sweater for a special pet in your life or as a gift for a loved one’s pet. Hearts are sprinkled throughout the entire sweater creating a whimsical, pretty effect. My dog, Luna, loves this sweater and is very comfortable in it when wearing it outside or inside to keep the chill off of her. The extra large collar is perfect for helping to keep your pet warm and healthy as it acts as both a collar and a scarf in how it keeps your pet’s neck warm.  The sweater is very easy to pull over Luna’s head which she appreciates. The sweater is easy to adapt for different sizes of pets and directions are given for how to customize the sweater size. The collar size can also easily be adapted if you prefer that.

MATERIALS:
Main Colour Yarn: Worsted Weight 4- Bernat Premium , Colour- Soft Gray Heather
* Any colour of yarn in the weight category may be used for this pattern.

Contrast Colour Yarn: Same weight as main colour or two strands of a lighter weight yarn. I have  used  Bernat Softee Baby Yarn, Colour- Prettiest Pink for the sweater in the pictures.
Hook: 5.0mm
Size: Pattern given fits a small animal such as a Yorkshire Terrier, Chihuahua, puppy or young cat.
Extensive directions and guidelines are provided throughout the pattern to help with adapting the size of the sweater.*
