Crochet hearts – for valentines, for gifts, or just because.

Use different types of yarn/hook to make different sizes - always use a hook size one or two sizes smaller than the recommended size for your yarn to avoid gaps in the finished fabric.

You really only need scraps of yarn. For the ones in the pictures, I used Schachenmayr Bravo with a 3.5mm hook.

And you’ll need some toy stuffing and a tapestry needle for sewing up.

The 3d heart is crocheted in the round using the amigurumi method (i.e. don’t join at the end of the round simply crochet the next round.)
