This is my first spiral pattern. It is approx. 17” across with a 1.5mm hook. I do not crochet tight so if you are someone that crochets tight it may be smaller at the end. You could also bump up to a 1.75mm hook if that is the case. I did not try one with bigger hook yet though. Any #10 thread will work. Pick your favorite brand. I used approx. 150 yards for this project.
