Here is a basic guide for knitting socks with an afterthought heel but it’s more a collection of different variations of ONE pattern. You will be amazed at how different they are. Hearts galore! If your are an advanced knitter please feel free to knit your favorite basic instructions and use one of the charts. Choose one from 45!
You need two contrasting colors - or add a third color for cuffs, heels and toes. Be creative! Almost all variations are shown in “positive” and “negative” charts. For the sake of the environment, please only print the chart you need. You will find an overview in the instructions.
