The Heart’s Flight Shawl has been especially designed for the
“Springtime Speckle Party, hosted in Diana’s Ravelry Group.

The “Heart’s Flight” Shawl has an unusual construction: the central part is done as a triangular top-down shawl, but the work continues with short rows to give it the crescent shape.

The sample on first picture has been knit with two colors of DyeDianaDye Flaxensilk{f4}, fingering weight 65% Mulberry Silk/ 35% Linen (437 yd – 400 m on 3.53 oz – 100 g).

Flaxensilk{f4}, 489 Passionflower (MC in pattern): 411.2 yd / 376 m (3.31 oz / 94 g).
Flaxensilk{f4}, 496 Peppered Peony (CC in pattern): 402.45 yd / 368 m (3.24 oz /92 g).

Needles: 3.25 mm – US size 3.
