Stitches
CH = chain
SLST = slip stitch
SC = single crochet
SC2TOG = single crochet 2 together (decrease)
SC5TOG = single crochet 5 together (decrease)
HDC = half double crochet
DC = double crochet
DC5TOG = double crochet 5 together (decrease)
FPDC = front post double crochet
BPDC = back post double crochet
