For interlocking crochet technique;

The pattern file contain a description of how to start the first 3 rows with pictures, a chart and all the written instructions.
The yardage stated above is an estimated one, there’s probability you might need more or less than the stated yard, depending on your tension.

For this project you are crocheting an item with two colors, (or more, depending on how you want your work to turn out).
Please note, the chart is meant as a guide for you to know if you’re getting it right except you know how to work interlocking crochet technique from chart of course.

I advise you use the right hook size for your yarn of choice as it’s not necessary it must be the same yarn hence the yarn weight given to achieve the stated size in the pattern.

For Mosaic Overlay technique;

This design is made up of basic stitches of Mosaic Overlay crochet i.e back loop single crochet and front loop (double crochet (2) rows below.
Please note the amount of yarn needed will be higher for the Mosaic Overlay, due to tails and if you are adding any border of your choice.

Finished measurements for both techniques differs as hook size and tension are not the same.
