This is a fun little project that will give you wonderful practice for the increases and decreases in your knitting. It could easily be made into a variety of items. A scarf by lengthening it, or an afghan or shawl adding it to the other squares in the bundle. One creative knitter combined the squares to make a vest. The sky is the limit. It is not just a wash cloth anymore.

The finished size is 9.5 inches square.

Your favorite solid-colored worsted cotton will work to knit a washcloth.
