This beautiful cowl is based on my Hearts on Your Sleeve Shawl. It is worked top-down and utilizes twisted traveling stitches to form the heart motifs.

This is a fun fast knit and would be perfect for a great weekend project!

Suggested yarn: Knerd String 4-ply sock (100g/438 yds).

Approximately 87 yards in the main color, 67 yards in contrast color 1 and 120 yards in contrast color 2.

The first sample was made with Black Magic Woman, Birthday Suit, and Tainted Love colorways.

The second sample was made with Black Celebration, Black Magic Woman, and Tainted Love colorways.

Gauge: 24 sts and 32 rows in stockinette stitch = 4 inches/10 cm after blocking.

Needles: Size US 4/3.5 mm

Finished size: 26” circumference and 11.25” height
