Abbreviations

K = knit
P = purl
Sts = stitches
Kfb = knit into front and back of stitch
K2tog = knit 2 together
P2tog = purl 2 together
K3tog = knit 3 together
CO = cast on
RND = round

Materials needed

• For Hat: 4 double-pointed size US 6 (4 mm).
• For heart: 4 double-pointed size US 2 (3 mm).
• 50 gr red colored yarn. I used Bernat Satin yarn / 100% Acrylic; 100 gr (3.5oz) – 182m (199yds)./ Yarn weight - Worsted/10-Ply
• Yarn needle
• Stitch marker
• Toy stuffing

All rows are worked in the round, this helps avoid ugly seams.
