This cosy cowl is an intermediate project which will teach you a range of handy knitting techniques.
It’s knitted from the bottom up with foldable cuffs and an i-cord drawstring, and we’ve chosen a subtle seed stitch pattern to add interest. Our beautiful Heather Cowl is sure to keep you snug in the cooler months!

The dimensions are quite flexible, feel free to cast on more or less sts (in multiples of 4) for a looser or tighter fit, or extend the body for more coverage. You could even make it long enough to fit over your head like a hood!

Special techniques:
• Provisional cast on and join
• Three needle bind off
• I-cord
• Eyelets
