Pattern Notes:

• crochet foundation chains VERY LOOSE! You may wish to go up several hook sizes to achieve this. The starting edges need to be able to stretch with the rest of the fabric.
• ch 3 at beginning of row counts as first dc
• rows alternate FL and BL, so the unworked loop is always on the RS of the work - join with a slip stitch
