Not prickly, just a little starry eyed, Hedgehog-agog just wants to gaze at you.

Use up those embarrasing bits of eyelash yarn in your stash with this little hedgehog. Knit in the round with scraps of yarn, it’s a superfast project with no sewing (yay).

It uses short rows for shaping (but not while using the fun fur!), so it is an intermediate-ish pattern, but lots of photos & links are included for beginners looking for a bit of a challenge.

The examples are knit with various eyelash novelty yarns and Peaches & Créme worsted cotton yarn on US size 3 (3.25 mm). The approximate finished measurements are 3 inches tall, and 5 inches long, but size will change with choice of yarn & needle.
