Hedgerow Any-Yarn Shawl
This lovely triangular shawl has a garter tab beginning, then increases downward toward a simple picot BO trim. The deep 3D texture is difficult to capture in a photo!
Materials:
- ANY YARN. I used James C. Brett Marble Chunky, about 615 yards, for the brown shawl pictured
- long circular needles to match yarn. I used size US 10 (6.00mm)
- 4 stitch markers
Stitches & Techniques:
K (knit), P (purl), pu&K (pick up & knit), YO (yarn over to increase), K2tog (knit 2 sts together)
Please note: I can’t predict how much yarn you’ll need for your shawl, as it depends on your gauge and how long you decide to make it. Yardage given is for the James C. Brett Marble Chunky yarn that I used for the brown shawl.
