THE HEIDI SWEATER:

The Heidi Sweater is a classic, comfy sweater that any kid will love! My sister wears this all the time, she loves it so much! It is constructed of 2 rectangles, one with decreases to form a v-neck. Instructions are also included to adjust it to fit your child perfectly!

Instructions written in US crochet terms. (But you must already know the basics of crochet.)

Materials needed:

• Heavy Worsted Weight yarn
• Sample yarn: Premier Yarns Everyday
• Total yardage for each size (2-12): 400 (500, 600, 700, 800, 900)
• H/8 crochet hook (or size to obtain gauge)
• G crochet hook

Sizing:
Available in sizes 2-12! All sizes have been tested. The sweater looks amazing in the small and large sizes!

Finished chest size: 20 (22, 24, 26, 28, 30) inches
It is recommended to choose a size 2-3 inches larger than your child’s chest size for positive ease. (more info in pattern).

There is also flexibility in this pattern; you can adjust the length of the sweater, sleeves, etc.
