Helen is a cropped cardigan, ideal to wear with a skirt or dress or to pair with your favorite jeans. It is knitted from the top down. The shoulders are created using the contiguous method. The back and fronts are then knitted separately down to the underarm and joined back together for the rest of the cardigan. Stitches are picked up for the sleeves. The sleeve cap is formed using short rows.
A delicate cable panel runs down the back, while a small cable pattern decorates the front band. Stitches are picked up along the front and the neckline and are then bound off together with the hem using an I-cord.

Helen ist eine kurze Jacke, die sich gut mit einem Rock kombinieren lässt, aber auch perfekt zur Jeans passt. Sie wird von oben nach unten gestrickt. Die Schultern werden mit der Contiguous-Methode gearbeitet. Dann werden Vorderteile und Rücken getrennt bis unter den Arm gestrickt und dort wieder zusammengefasst. Die Ärmel werden aufgefasst und mit verkürzten Reihen gestrickt.
Ein elegantes Zopfmuster im Rücken und ein Zopf entlang der Blende bilden die “Hingucker”. Das Bündchen wird in einem mit der Blende in der Runde gestrickt und mit einem I-Cord abgekettet.
