In dem Buch “Das Land der weißen Wolke” ist Helen eine der beiden Hauptcharaktere. Sie ist jung und lebt im 18. Jahrhundert in England, bis sie sich dazu entschließt nach Neuseeland zu reisen. Die lange Reise nimmt sie auf sich, um einen ihr fast unbekannten (nur durch Briefe hatten sie vorher Kontakt) Mann zu heiraten, der dort eine Schaffarm besitzt.
Natürlich kommt alles anders als sie erwartet, aber sie ist stark und zieht es durch, trotz
aller Umstände
Ich finde, das passt ziemlich gut zu mir und meiner ersten Anleitung, deshalb der Name Helen.

In the book “Im Land der weißen Wolke” Helen is one of the two main characters. She is young and lives in 18th century England until she decides to travel to New Zealand. She takes the long journey to marry a man there, almost unknown to her (they had contact only through letters before), who owns a sheep farm there. Of course, everything turns out differently than she expects, but she is strong and pulls through, despite all the
circumstances.
I think that fits me and my first pattern pretty well, hence the name Helen.
