This pattern is written in US Standard Terms, however I have included an in depth conversion chart for UK/Australian terms which is easy and clear to use and follow.

MATERIALS
US Category 3-(light weight)/approx 8ply equivalent mercerized cotton 100grams/3.52 ounces
HOOK SIZES US F/4.00mm and US E4/3.5mm
Optional beads for end of ties.
2mm elastic about 2metres
