HELENAS HUE er en hue, der strikkes nedefra og op, rundt på rundpind, og der skiftes til slut til strømpepinde, eller der kan strikkes magic loop.

Afhængig af strikkefastheden kan der opnås forskellige størrelser på huen:

Med en strikkefasthed på 14 m pr 10 cm, passer huen en hovedvidde på 58-61 cm.

Med en strikkefasthed på 15 m pr 10 cm, passer huen en hovedvidde på 54-57 cm.

Med en strikkefasthed på 16 m pr 10 cm, passer huen en hovedvidde på 50-53 cm.

Garn: Snefnug 55% Alpaca, 35% bomuld & 10% ekstra fin merinoould fra CaMaRose.

Garnalternativ: Stjernestøv fra CaMaRose.

Vejledende garnforbrug: 1 nøgle.

Vejledende strikkepinde: Rundp nr 6 (40 cm) samt strømpep nr. 6. Angivelsen af pinde er altid blot vejledende. Det anbefales derfor ALTID at strikke en strikkeprøve først. Der er IKKE indberegnet garn til strikkeprøve i angivelsen af garnforbruget.

HELENA’S HAT is worked bottom up and in the round on a circular needle. In the end, a change to double pointed needles is made, or you can use the magic loop.

Size: Adult - onesize.

You can obtain different sizes on the hat, depending on the gauge:

With a gauge on 14 sts x 24 rows per 10 cm, the hat fits a head circumference on 58-61 cm.

With a gauge on 15 sts x 24 rows per 10 cm, the hat fits a head circumference on 54-57 cm.

With a gauge on 16 sts x 24 rows per 10 cm, the hat fits a head circumference on 50-53 cm.

Yarn: Snefnug 55% Alpaca, 35% cotton and 10% extra fine merino wool from CaMaRose.

Yarn alternative: Stjernestøv from CaMaRose.

Yarn requirement: 1 skein.

Suggested needle size: 6 mm circular needle (40 cm) and 6 mm double pointed needles. Always choose the needle size that gives you the correct gauge. Making a swatch before casting on is ALWAYS recommended to ensure that you are using the needle size, that will give you the right fit. The yardage required for the swatch is NOT included in the above.
