This design is based on the iconic granny square, but the shape is rectangular instead of square. You can make it in any size by changing the number of initial chains and/or the number of repeats made, which is described in the pattern.

Super easy to make. Stitches used: chain (ch), single crochet (sc), double crochet (dc), slip stitch (sl st).

The pattern can also be used for making larger items, such as blankets.
