This is a fun hat to make and wear. The Left Twist is a nice easy stitch that “spirals” its way from the brim all the way to the top of the hat. Helix is a quick knit project. Fits great and is a nice addition to any wardrobe or gift idea. For a slightly different look, try knitting the hat in a two-tone color combo!

Circumference/Sizing

The hat is designed to fit most average 21” - 22” adult/teen heads. The circumference size is easily adjustable. Pattern includes information on how to adjust hat size.

Techniques

Knit in the round
Left Twist stitch
Knit two together/Purl two together (decreases)
Knit through back loop
