Helka Shawl
The shawl pattern is a straightforward 8 row repeat. The edging is more complex and I would say this is of an intermediate standard. The pattern includes close up photos to help. Two out of three makers completed the shawl with one Scheepjes Whirl. A third tester ran out of yarn on the final row and finished off with a Scheepjes Whirlette. If you know your tension is loose, I would suggest using a 3.5mm hook instead. The last completed shawl was tested in a solid colour and this also looks very attractive.
The shawl in the photos was made using a Scheepjes Whirl in mid-morning mocharoo.
I know that the pattern has now been thoroughly tested and I think all corrections have been made. However if you do find any mistakes please contact me.
