Hellebore Cowl
This winter floral design is a reversible, double thick cowl, with colorwork inspired by the evergreen perennial Hellebore flower. This flower also goes by the name “winter rose” or “Christmas rose,” so I’ve paired it with a wintery green interior, contrasting against the timeless neutral colorwork exterior.
The Hellebore Cowl is a stranded colorwork pattern that is knit in the round using circular needles. A provisional cast on and Kitchener stitch bind off provide a double thick, reversible scarf.
IMPORTANT This pattern includes instructions for both Fingering weight yarn for a soft feminine drape or Worsted weight for a cozy, thick cowl.
