This is a pattern for a beginner level (super easy) crochet lapghan made with Caron Big Cakes yarn and a size J/10 (6 mm) hook. Finished size is approximately 50 by 33 inches. Two skeins of Caron Big Cakes yarn are needed for this size lapghan.

Other yarns can be used for this pattern too. The pattern can easily be adjusted to a different size (I included the multiple for the stitch in the pattern). You can make a baby blanket or a full-sized bed afghan from this pattern.

This laphgan is very easy to make. It is suitable for beginners. Only single crochets and chains are used here.
