Amigurumi bunny rabbit wearing a space-suit which has an optional clear PVC window. Gauge is not critical; finished dimesions approx 21cm x 10cm. Yarns thicker than DK weight are not recommended if making the PVC window. Difficulty easy/medium.

Materials required:

• Double knitting wool in cream and sparkly grey, 38g total weight of toy, so I estimate you will need ~50 meters (55 yards) of each colour.
• Polyester stuffing (under 38g).
• Scrap of black yarn.
• Optional felt scrap for chest decal.
• 5 cm (2”) square scrap of PVC for each attempt at making visor.

Tools:

• 3mm (US 2 1/2) crochet hook for DK weight yarn (you may adjust this for yarn choice)
• 1 safety pin as stitch marker
• Scissors
• Tapestry needle for sewing in ends and embroidering face

Those making the PVC visor will additionally require:

• Sharp 1mm diameter needle, and blunt 2mm diameter needle (or skewer or bradawl) to puncture PVC
• 0.75mm (US steel size 14) crochet hook
