We all need a wonderfully squishy cabled hat, right? This is a great use of one skein of bulky weight yarn. It features a bottom up construction in the round, with slowly sloping cables continuing throughout the crown. The crown features a beautifully cabled motif.

Sample is knit in luxury fiber (alpaca) that has little definition when laying flat, as in the picture. The cables open up gorgeously when being worn.
