Hemlock is knit from brim to crown with tree-like twisted cables inspired by adventures in the woods. The DK weight yarn makes it the perfect lightweight toque to wear on short or long adventures.

Baby (Toddler, Child, Adult SM, Adult L)
Fits head approximately: 14 (16, 18, 21, 23)“ around
Finished Circumference: 12 (15, 16, 17, 18.75)” around

Materials:

Yarn:
150 (175, 200, 220) yards of DK weight yarn
(shown in K-Zip Knits Myra Canyon in “Doe Eyed”, “Fir”,
and “Brickish”)

Gauge:
Chart A measures 4 (3.75, 4, 4.25, 3.75)” across
34 rounds of cable pattern measures 4” deep using larger needles.

Suggested Needles:
US #4 / 3.5 mm and US #6 / 4 mm (or as required to achieve gauge)
Baby: DPNs in both sizes or a long circular needle for magic loop method

All other sizes: 16” circular in both sizes and DPNs in larger size, or a long circular needle for magic loop method.
