This cardigan is a little sister of Hento design, a sweater that I designed for Laine Magazine Issue 15. Worked in relatively loose gauge to give light and airy fabric this sweater is a lovely light cardigan for spring or autumn.

The cardigan is knitted with two yarns held together throughout the pattern.

• 6 (6, 6, 7, 7) (8, 8, 8, 9) skeins of Pascuali Pinta (60% merino extrafine, 20% silk, 20% ramie, 232 yds / 212 m – 50 g), colorway 122. Or approx. 1183 (1276, 1354, 1452, 1563) (1668, 1742, 1855, 1966) yds / 1081 (1166, 1238, 1327, 1429) (1524, 1592, 1695, 1797) m of fingering weight yarn.
• 6 (6, 7, 7, 8) (8, 8, 9, 9) skeins of Pascuali Manada (45 % mohair, 25% silk, 15% merino, 15% yak, 219 yds / 200 m – 25 g), colorway 205. Or approx. 1183 (1276, 1354, 1452, 1563) (1668, 1742, 1855, 1966) yds / 1081 (1166, 1238, 1327, 1429) (1524, 1592, 1695, 1797) m of lace weight yarn.

NEEDLES:
US 7 / 4.5 mm (for body and sleeves)
US 6 / 4 mm (for hem ribbing)
US 4 / 3.5 mm (for cuff ribbing)

NOTIONS:
6 stitch markers, tapestry needle.

GAUGE
