Hirzel, the place where Siidegarte are working and living, is a small and beautiful Swiss village high above the lake of Zurich surrounded by easy, rolling countryside. Situated on a ridge some chilly winds might be blowing in Hirzel, especially at the “Herbschtmärt”, our autumn market, where local farmers and crafters present their products.
