This crochet blanket pattern came about when I decided to make a blanket for a friend at work who was pregnant. When we talked about the colour and type of blanket she might like I noticed she was wearing a sunflower print dress. It looked lovely, so I suggested she might like a sunflower blanket then when I posted it on Instagram I was asked numerous times for the pattern, so eventually decided to make it.
