The Heritage Shawl and wristwarmers were inspired by the ‘Made in the Valleys Exposition’ Held in the Rhondda Heritage Park. It is a venue of historic and iconic landmarks. It takes you back to Victorian Wales. Knitwear of the time would have been made out of necessity, I wanted to reflect the times which looked so cold in the photographs so a shoulder hugging shawl and wrist warmers were born. Thank you for choosing to make the Heritage Shawl and wrist warmers.
Instructions are given which can be used with your chosen weight of wool. You will need a minimum of 166m to make the neckerchief size.
