This is not your normal hat construction! Our unique pattern starts by working textured stitches and simple cables that are shaped to give an easy slouch that naturally falls toward the back of your head. To finish, the crown is simply gathered and cinched, giving you a jaunty top knot to let the world know that you don’t always follow the rules!

• Size US 5 (3.75 mm) 16” (40 cm) circular (circ) needle
• Size US 7 (4.5mm) needle—or size necessary to obtain gauge
