Modern coaster set!

Quick simple pattern, suitable for beginners, using herringbone stitch and crab stitch border technique.

Pattern offers one size with 2 options; mug rug - tasselled version and coaster - crab stitch border option.

No set gauge as such but keep in mind that the tension wants to be somewhat tight (no gaps) which is why a size hook smaller than recommended to the yarn is suggested.

List of materials is included in the pattern which every household has - other than aran cotton yarn and a 4.5mm hook is needed!

Mix and match, use different colours, create stripes, the list is endless as it is a very versatile pattern.
