ABOUT THE DESIGN/TECHNIQUES:
The Herringbone cardigan is a loose short cardigan without any closure.
Along the edges of the front wide rib panels worked and the yoke is worked in a structured pattern.
The body is worked bottom up and back and forth on circ needle. The sleeves are worked bottom up in the round.
All pieces are then worked together on circ needle after the BO for armholes.
The ribbed edges will be longer than the frontpieces worked in st sts, and are designed to make a soft drape without any folding.
The front pieces are made with an overlap of aprox. 5-6 cm/2-2.4” on each front.
