About the pattern

The pattern the headband is made with a technique I call Herringbroche - It’s a 5 stitch pattern repeat, that makes a herringbone pattern with interwoven strands of diagonal contrast colored yarn looking like brioche knit. The headband is knit as one long tube that is sewn together in a knot-looking assembly.

Adult one size.
Circumference stretches between 46-66 cm / 18-26 inches.

110 meters / 120 yards of main color fingering weight wool yarn
50 meters / 55 yards of contrasting color fingering weight wool yarn
