Overview:
When joined the Y-motifs create a 3-D effect reminiscent of buildings viewed from above. Use them as building blocks to create afghans, scarves, placements -- the sky’s the limit.

Construction:
The Y-motif is composed of three two-colored hexagons. Each hexagon is knit in garter stitch from the bottom up with the first half in one color and the second half in a second color. The Y-motif is made by joining together the three different color-combo hexagons.

PLEASE NOTE: This pattern is a work-in-progress, scaling up by increasing the number of cast-on stitches is not advised.
