A simple pattern for a useful blanket!

The yarn I used (Lion Brand Fishermen’s Wool) is 100% wool, so if you don’t like wool, feel free to use any other yarn. This pattern should work with just about any yarn weight, as well as any gauge, as long as the hook size is adjusted accordingly.

If you do use the Fishermen’s Wool, it took me about 3 skeins of the main color (Undyed) and 1.5 skeins of the border color (Brown Heather). I made 54 hexagon tiles, so this will vary if you decide to make more or less than that, or if you decide to add more rounds to the border.
