Hexagon Waves was a fun overlay mosaic project for me to design and work up. It’s a visually stimulating pattern and great for any age and gender. I can’t tell you how many times I laid this out on the floor while working on it and just looked at it, and it made me feel good. I have read that the hexagonal shape enhances mood in a positive way. It’s no wonder I feel happy when I see this blanket!

GENERAL INFORMATION
The yarn I used is worsted weight, but you can use any weight yarn you like. I suggest making a sample of the full repeat to be sure you’re happy with your yarn and hook selection.

Pattern does not include instructions for a border; however I do include a video resource link for envelope borders.

How to crochet in the overlay mosaic technique is not included. There are YouTube videos that could explain it much better than I ever could.
