Two large motifs are connected by a striped band to keep the bitter cold off your ears. A stylish edging pulls the edges in so no air gets in and the motifs aren’t flapping in the wind.

This pattern has a lot of color changes, shaping, and seaming. As always, there are step-by-step instructions for all special stitches and techniques as well as assembly and seaming. There are also two stitch diagrams. The pattern works up fairly quickly and uses less than one skein of yarn in each color.
